We are a factory specializing in structured cabling network products and accessories.Our factory has passed ISO9001:2005 certification,We are an AAA credit enterprise.
Question 2:Can we visit your factory?
Welcome to our factory, we will confirm the schedule with the customer and arrange pick-up service and accompany you throughout the visit
Question 3:How long does it take to get samples? How to pay for samples and shipping costs?
Samples can be ready within 2-3 days. Sample cost can be paid by TT,PayPal etc.We will also consider sending samples for free and the shipping fee will be charged by the customer
Question 4:How to ensure your quality control
Firstly, all raw materials are completed by IQC before production; secondly, by IPQC during production;third,Quality control inspection before packaging;Finally, full inspection before shipment.
Question 5:Can we have our logo or company name on the product or packaging?
The majority of our business is OEM,We can screen print your logo on the product, or create your own packaging design.
Question 6:How to place an order?
Please send us your PO via email and we will issue a proforma invoice according to your requirements.After getting your confirmation of pi,We will reply with the delivery time and arrange production accordingly.
Question 7:Any suggestions for your goods?
We recommend air shipping for small orders or trial orders , or express delivery like DHL,fedex,UPS,wait. For large orders, we recommend sea shipping, if you have your own freight forwarder,You can send contact information and we can check the best price for you if you need us to quote shipping cost.
Question 8:What is the lead time for shipment? Do you have any in stock?
Usually we have popular items in stock.We will quote the delivery time based on your quantity. 7-15 days for regular orders.
